Setting up JioPC is simple and requires just a television or large screen, an internet connection via JioFiber or JioAirFiber, a Jio Set-Top Box, and a JioPC plan. Once connected, the system activates automatically without any extra activation fee under the launch offer. Being cloud-driven, JioPC eliminates the need to worry about outdated hardware or operating systems, as security patches and performance updates are managed remotely by Reliance.
Reliance has introduced five subscription plans, starting at ₹599 per month for 8GB RAM and 100GB cloud storage, with long-term options such as a 12-month plan at ₹4,599 offering extra validity months. The JioPC Setup Box itself comes with a 4-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 100GB cloud storage, and runs on Ubuntu Linux. Designed for everyday tasks like browsing, online learning, programming, productivity, and design, JioPC also promises future integration of AI tools and applications through partnerships, making it a versatile solution for both personal and professional use.
