Entrepreneur Max G recently shared his experience after following millionaire Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint Protocol, a strict longevity plan involving daily pills, oils, and nutrient sources aimed at slowing or reversing aging. After nearly two years on the program, Max claims his biological age is now 18, though he is actually 28.
biggest learnings from this journey:
1 – everything is about nutrition, sleep & exercise (fix these fundamentals before buying supplements)
2 – you can only improve what you measure
3 – surround yourself with friends for accountability pic.twitter.com/evlw5M5RiZ

He noted that before adopting the Blueprint lifestyle in 2023, he often felt fatigued, ate a carb-heavy diet, and stayed up late. By 2024, he had made significant lifestyle changes focused on health and longevity, and by 2025, he believes the protocol has made him biologically 10 years younger.

“Nearly 2 years on Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint: 2023 was all about fatigue, carb-loading, and being a night owl. By 2024, I turned it around, focusing on health and longevity. Now, in 2025, I’m biologically 10 years younger (18 vs 28) with 90% of my biomarkers in optimal ranges,” Max shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Max G shared three key takeaways from his longevity journey: prioritize nutrition, sleep, and exercise before supplements; track progress, as improvement comes from what you measure; and surround yourself with supportive friends to stay committed to the plan.
Downsides I’ve experienced:
1) Social flexibility takes a hit sometimes (especially around late dinners, going out…)
2) Time investment for tracking is real
3) I’ve learned to use 80/20 rule – perfect adherence isn’t sustainable
4) I go through phases of higher/lower…

Max admitted that following the Blueprint Protocol comes with challenges. He highlighted four downsides: reduced social flexibility, the time commitment required for tracking progress, the need to use the 80/20 rule for balance, and fluctuating commitment based on work demands. The 80/20 rule involves maintaining healthy habits 80% of the time while allowing some flexibility for the other 20%.
The post received mixed reactions, with some users praising Max’s results and others questioning the accessibility of Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint Protocol. One user commented, “Nice to be rich and afford all that,” while another highlighted the benefits of basic healthy habits like sleep, exercise, and nutrition. Some sought practical advice, asking how to incorporate the powders and pills into their daily routine, while others were more skeptical, with one user dismissing the concept entirely.
According to the Blueprint’s official website, it is an evidence-based system focused on longevity, encompassing diet, exercise, sleep, skincare, and more. Bryan Johnson is labeled as “the healthiest human on the planet” due to four years of strict adherence to this protocol. The website claims that following Blueprint can improve physical strength, focus, energy, heart health, and mood, though concerns remain regarding the cost, sustainability, and overall impact on everyday life.
