Jansons Property, a leading South East property developer, has announced two new major acquisitions in the Thames Valley region with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £100 million.
In a move that will see both former business parks re-developed to create 300,000 square feet of prime industrial space, Jansons Property has sent a strong signal to the market that the demand for new, high quality industrial and logistics space in the South East remains strong and stable.
The acquisitions include:
- Kingsmead Business Park, High Wycombe: 7.5 acre site, currently comprising 142,610 square feet of office space.
- The Boulevard, Bracknell: 8.1 acre site currently comprising 86,398 square feet of office space.
